Best ever!

Just the right workout parter

This app is so well planned and orchestrated that you dont need another workout partner, specially for the abs workouts. This is perfect for the morning warm ups and light workout.

Absolutely love this app! Its gotten me into a great daily routine and I see a good healthy difference in my body

Impressive

I didnt expect much honestly but this app proved me wrong. Premium seems a bit pricey but the reggie free plans are solid. Almost as solid as my General when that trainer is stretching out.

Great for beginners and experienced!!

As a beginner, the "preview" before each exercise is a great feature. I dont feel lost, I know exactly what Im doing. I love how there is plenty of workouts without having to go premium. Great!!

This is pretty cool!

This app is really neat and I love it because it has workouts just for my pace and then some. All they need now is meal plans/ nutrition tips all in the same spot.

Nice app; sweet intensity

I really like using this App when I only have a few minutes to work out at all. Im male and Im in pretty good shape. My only complaint is that some of the exercises are too short. Some movements take a few seconds to complete and the total length is only 20 seconds. I think some of the movements should be provided more time or repetitions to raise the challenge. Some movements I wish were longer in time or reps. Otherwise a very nice app.

A big improvement

There are so many fitness apps on the App Store that Ive tried (with actual effort) but nearly all of them have subscription costs. Even though they say that they have free workouts all of the free ones are either really easy, or you can only do a few every week. That can get frustrating when you finally think that youre making progress and then to be stopped. I dont have a paid subscription to Zova but the free workouts are great, and they have a wide range of difficulty levels and time. I think Ill be keeping this fitness app for the first time in forever.

Fantastic workouts with awesome music

This app has easy instructional videos and counts you down for each exercise. Music keeps you pumped up too! Plenty of free content. Highly recommend!

Great variety of exercises and times needed to complete each routine. There are stretching and yoga routines within the app and there are many free routines available as well!! My teenage son really appreciated the video examples. :-)

Motivating workouts

The best thing about this app is that it is so motivating that I feel bad not doing one of the excersices every day. Workouts are suitable for everywhere and every body.

Great app, just a little intense!

I love how organized and well put together the app is. It offers great workouts for whatever your goal may be. It offers plans that you have to pay for but the rest is free. If youre a beginner, youre going to struggle a little bit because most of their workouts are a little intense.

I was skeptical but this app delivers

I used to be super in shape. Like crossfit goddess, 2% body fat whatever. Then I went back to school and watched in horror as my waistline disintegrated as my motivation slipped away. I found this app randomly and I went through it and was skeptical. How can 15 minutes deliver a decent workout? Well, Im here to tell you that Im currently dripping with sweat after one of their 15 minute sessions. My downstairs neighbors might hate me, but maybe they should try Zova, too. Just saying. Download it, commit to a seemingly impossibly small amount of time 4-5 days a week, and watch your waistline return. Youre welcome. :-)
